Job Description

For our office in Barcelona, we are currently looking for a Corporate Legal Intern. We offer a young, dynamic, and international corporate atmosphere as well as the benefit of customized training adapted to your needs throughout your career.

Job Responsibility

  • Drafting, management and processing of all types of corporate documentation (Minutes of the different types of Administrative and Management Bodies, General Meetings…) of the relevant corporate structures
  • Preparation, monitoring, management and processing of the group's power of attorney structure, appointment and revocation of positions as well as various structural changes
  • Follow-up, organization and processing of said documentation before the relevant public and private bodies, Commercial Registries, Notaries and other entities involved in each of the operations. Direct dialogue with the entities described. Coordination of the actions, taking into account the needs in each case and offering practical and effective solutions
  • All of the foregoing functions, both drafting and interlocution of any kind, may be carried out by the lawyer both in Spanish and in English, indistinctly
  • Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administrational tasks as required by your managers or clients

Requirements

  • University degree in Law in Spain
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in the fields of Corporate Law
  • Advanced level of English (C1 minimum), both spoken and written
  • Team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate
  • Highly organized, rigorous, and systematic person
  • With ambition to work and learn. Proactive and flexible
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines
