Job Responsibility

Assist on various corporate matters: preparation of shareholders meetings, setting up of new subsidiaries, share capital increase, change of bylaws, issuance and exercise of ESOP instruments (i.e., BSPCE, BSA, free shares, stock-options, etc.), etc.
Assist on any potential transactions: fundraising, M&A, financing, etc.
Assist on the implementation and improvement of Ledger's Compliance Policy (anti-corruption, sanctions, etc.)
Assist on the management of the group insurance policies
Assist on the review and drafting of G&A contracts, third-party on-boarding, legal processes and other administrative tasks
Perform legal research tasks
Be prepared to jump in and support the wider legal team outside of the Corporate and Compliance Legal Team depending on Legal Team and business needs

At least 8 years of robust legal experience gained either in-house at a technology-driven company and/or within a law firm
Proven track record across a diverse range of Corporate matters including expertise in Corporate management of a French company
Master 2 degree in Corporate and Companies Law (or equivalent: DJCE, etc.) obtained from a French university is mandatory
Additional degree obtained in an English-speaking country will be a plus
