SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder creating international tech businesses. We're looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel for the Infrastructure Department — a specialist who will manage corporate document flow across multiple jurisdictions, support international structuring, maintain legal databases, and ensure smooth legal operations for the company’s global activities.
Job Responsibility:
Support day-to-day corporate document flow for legal entities in multiple foreign jurisdictions (Cyprus, Gibraltar, USA, Estonia, Poland, etc.)
Complete operational tasks, such as: i) ordering corporate documents upon request
ii) drafting and signing agreements
iii) upon request, collecting available corporate documents and agreements
International structuring support for various operations
Maintain and update various internal databases on corporate information, documents, and agreements
Communicate with corporate administrators in multiple foreign jurisdictions
Support day-to-day operations of multiple teams via the provision of corporate documents
Contribute to the banking and payment services providers' infrastructure via documentary support and KYC execution
Prepare drafts of documents and agreements for intragroup financing arrangements
Handle legal support of administrative activities (e.g., filings, offices, documents)
Perform ad-hoc document requests, as needed
Requirements:
2-4 years of professional experience in a legal position in a major company, reputable accounting/audit/law firm, or compliance position in an international bank/payment institution
Ability to draft and review standard corporate documents
native Ukrainian
Upper-intermediate level of written and oral English
Nice to have:
Ability to focus on details to ensure and maintain data accuracy and consistency
Structured thinking and excellent organizational skills
