A highly respected, national law firm is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join their office in Atlanta. This is a pivotal role providing high-level administrative and organizational support to a team of corporate attorneys. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives on managing competing priorities and possesses a deep understanding of the corporate legal landscape.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist multiple corporate attorneys and Paralegals by preparing SEC filings, closing binders, and document sets for distribution
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Monitoring and filing cases on electronic platforms
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring all communications are handled with discretion and professionalism
  • Anticipate the needs of the legal team to streamline daily operations and ensure all deadlines are met in a high-pressure environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant/Secretary, preferably within a mid-to-large law firm or a sophisticated in-house legal department
  • Solid understanding of corporate legal processes
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
