Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with a wealth management firm in the greater seattle are looking for a Corporate Legal Assistant to support their legal team owith an increase in workload. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, comfort with corporate software tools, and experience supporting inhouse legal teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage administrative legal support activities by reviewing incoming messages, prioritizing requests, and routing items for timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate organizational records and update documentation within internal systems in accordance with established guidelines
  • Review office-level document needs and help ensure required materials are available and properly organized across locations
  • Assist with insurance-related documentation, including tracking and handling certificates of insurance and related records
  • Coordinate office opening and closing documentation tasks in partnership with external brokers and internal stakeholders
  • Follow internal playbooks and compliance standards while handling sensitive information with professionalism and accuracy

Requirements

  • 1+ YOE as a Legal Assistant or similar legal administrative support role within a corporate environment
  • Experience with FINRA records and Certificates of Insurance
