Corporate Lawyer

• Advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters
• Supporting on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions
• Drafting and reviewing transactional documentation and agreements
• Assisting with due diligence exercises and corporate structuring
• Advising on Luxembourg company law and governance requirements
• Liaising with international clients, counsel and internal teams
• Supporting senior lawyers and partners on complex deals
• Managing matters efficiently and working to deadlines

• Strong academic background and training from a recognised firm
• Experience in Corporate / M&A or Private Equity work
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Confidence managing transactions and client relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international team

Luxembourg experience is beneficial but not essential depending on level
