Job Description

This rare opportunity outside of the usual large City firms offers comparable work and within a collegiate environment. The work/life balance at our client law firm is very favourable, with chargeable hours far less than many firms with a similar quality of deal flow. Lawyers in the highly-regarded corporate group invariably have experience at large City practices and work on a range of high-value deals – many of which have international aspects – across M&A a well as joint ventures and restructurings. Clients come from a range of sectors including retail, leisure and technology, and include leading financial institutions and corporates, as well as SMEs and UHNW entrepreneurs. There will be a good amount of private M&A and corporate work so good experience in this is sought. You will be a Corporate/M&A lawyer at a City or other top 50 firm in London with approximately two to four years' PQE and open to consideration of a new role offering the attractions outlined above. This role offers a competitive salary and structured, genuine career prospects.
