Job Description

As a Corporate ICS Coordinator (m/f/d), you take a central role in shaping, governing, and continuously strengthening the Group’s Internal Control System. You act as the strategic link between Corporate Accounting, Compliance, Risk Management, IT Security, Internal Audit and all process‑owning functions. With your expertise, you ensure that internal controls are robust, compliant, and consistently embedded across the global organization. You provide clarity, direction, and governance in an environment with high expectations for control quality, operational resilience, and transparent reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the strategic development of the Group’s Internal Control System and ensure its alignment with corporate objectives
  • Define and maintain ICS frameworks, methodologies, standards, and governance principles across all business units
  • Coordinate the global implementation of controls and ensure consistent integration into processes, systems, and the corporate GRC landscape
  • Provide methodological guidance to process owners and control managers, ensuring high‑quality documentation and effective risk mitigation
  • Oversee ICS monitoring activities, including control testing, remediation tracking, and quality assessments
  • Consolidate ICS reporting for senior leadership and support preparation for committees and governance bodies
  • Act as a trusted advisor for management on ICS‑related risks, control effectiveness and organizational change initiatives

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management or a related discipline
  • Several years of experience in Internal Controls, Audit or Governance roles within an international corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of internal control principles, process risks, control design and governance frameworks
  • Familiarity with GRC tools, documentation systems and process mapping methodologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams
  • Structured, analytical and detail‑oriented working style combined with a proactive and solution‑driven mindset
  • High level of integrity and the confidence to advise senior management on control‑related matters
