Job Responsibility:

  • Build strong relationships with leaders and anticipate HR needs before they arise
  • Lead talent acquisition for corporate roles, helping us find and hire exceptional people
  • Provide thoughtful, balanced guidance on employee relations and performance matters
  • Maintain clarity and consistency through well‑designed job architecture and leveling
  • Elevate engagement in our corporate office through intentional, meaningful experiences
  • Partner closely with Legal to ensure compliance and proactively mitigate risk
  • Support workforce planning, restructuring, leadership development, and succession efforts
  • Improve and streamline people processes to make work easier, clearer, and more efficient
  • Translate HR and business data into compelling insights that support executive decisions

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including supporting senior leaders
  • Experience operating in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience navigating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resources information systems (HRIS)
  • Comfortable adopting and learning new technologies, including emerging AI‑enabled tools
