We are looking for a Sr. Healthcare Recruiter who understands that recruiting is a masterclass in branding and storytelling. This role is the face and energy of CarePoint and the primary responsibility is to 'sell the company' to healthcare professionals. This role will also lead the charge in sourcing, captivating, and closing the best talent in the industry. We're looking for someone to join the team who is a naturally engaging presenter, a magnetic relationship-builder, and a professional who can read a room—whether that room is a boardroom or a clinical practice. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, you will conduct position intakes, recruit, source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates for CarePoint. Join us to make a meaningful impact by connecting talented healthcare professionals with opportunities that shape the future of patient care! If you care deeply about doing recruiting well and want to contribute to a company that takes its mission seriously, we'd love to talk.

  • This includes candidate itineraries, agendas and site visits including travel and hotel reservations, clinic, hospital and community tours, appointments with physicians, lunch/dinner reservations
  • May escort candidates through their interviews and visits
  • Partners with administration and legal to outline the terms and compensation for the clinical contracts/employment agreements
  • Support the onboarding process for new providers and promote a seamless transition between internal departments
  • Provides continued assistance to new hire physicians in becoming acclimated to the community during their transition/relocation
  • Maintain effective systems for tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, such as sourcing channel ROIs, retention rates and overall recruitment outcomes
