Job Responsibility:
Represent institutional investors in complex corporate governance and fiduciary duty litigation
Take an active role in multiple sophisticated matters, often working opposite significantly more senior counsel
Contribute to precedent-setting cases involving mergers, self-dealing, executive compensation, and shareholder rights
Perform financial and legal analysis to support litigation strategy
Thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, and intellectually demanding environment
Requirements:
Juris Doctor required
preferred graduation years 2018–2022 (flexibility for exceptional candidates)
Admission to the Delaware Bar preferred
New York Bar admission also considered
Meaningful experience in one or more of the following areas: Complex stockholder or commercial litigation
Delaware corporate law or breach of fiduciary duty litigation
