We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate FX Salesperson to join our dynamic team. Located on the Warsaw Trading Floor, this position will directly report to the Head of Citi Commercial Banking FX Sales. This Sales role will be responsible for handling mid-sized businesses and commercial clients on FX risk management, markets, and execution strategies tailored to their specific needs.
Job Responsibility
Responsible for generating revenue and volume with a portfolio of existing commercial clients as well as prospecting new mid-market companies with banking coverage
Products covered include spot, forward, and options, NDFs and other tailored hedging solutions
Collaborate closely with product partners in Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, and specialized lending groups to provide best-in-class customer solutions
Work as part of a dedicated FX sales team, integrated within the broader commercial banking framework, to support our regional client base
Requirements
3 or more years’ experience in FX Corporate sales, with demonstrated success serving commercial or mid-market clients
Deep understanding of FX risk management and accounting concepts material to corporate FX hedging
Existing knowledge of key commercial sectors such as consumer, healthcare, industrial, technology, business professional services is preferred
Ability to multi-task and successfully work in a dynamic, client-facing commercial banking environment
Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English
Ability to be a key contributor to a collaborative team

Master’s degree preferred
