Job Description

The primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain an understanding of Register Agent and Corporate filing orders. This includes assisting our clients in staying legally compliant by handling electronic and paper filings, updating customer records, researching jurisdictional requirements, and retrieving necessary documents. This is an in-office position located at 901 S Second St, Ste 201, Springfield, IL

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Register Agent and Corporate filing orders
  • Assist clients in staying legally compliant by handling electronic and paper filings, updating customer records, researching jurisdictional requirements, and retrieving necessary documents
  • Train with the Assistant Manager and Manager to become proficient with the functions of the corporate and register agent group
  • Accept and upload service of process for all register agent clients
  • Review state corporation filing procedures
  • Use directory of agents and combined search and filing matrix to assist in completion of orders
  • Communicate with clients regarding order status and departmental products and services

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with MS Office suite
