Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and confident Receptionist to provide exemplary front-of-house services for one of our distinguished clients in the City of London. The successful candidate will be a highly professional, proactive, and customer-focused individual who excels in a fast-paced corporate environment and is committed to delivering a consistently welcoming and polished experience to all occupiers and visitors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide a professional and courteous welcome to all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Proactively engage with occupiers and visitors, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Professionally manage incoming calls, handling enquiries efficiently and courteously
  • Oversee visitor management, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to security protocols
  • Support lobby hosting duties and building events, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain a high standard of front-of-house service, identifying opportunities for improvement where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Receptionist or Front-of-House role within a corporate office environment
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, managing multiple priorities while maintaining service excellence
  • Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Familiarity with space and visitor management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a polished and professional standard at all times
