Anabas Welcome is currently seeking to employ an experienced Corporate Receptionist on a 12 month fixed term contract, to carry out reception duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in London, close to Bank and Liverpool Street. A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring that all incoming calls for the client business are handled efficiently and courteously
  • Attend to all queries, ensuring strict security procedures are adhered to
  • Responsibility for arranging meeting room bookings, catering and hospitality
  • Develop and maintain an effective client relationship
  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional, friendly and personable way
  • Maintaining accurate data, including Security passes and floor access
  • Assisting in event coordination and supporting in additional administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a receptionist in a corporate office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and data recording
  • Advanced written English proficiency
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks
  • Minimum 1 year corporate receptionist experience
