As a Corporate FP&A Manager, you will play a key role within the Finance Department, leading group-level reporting and budgeting, working closely with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be expected to operate with a high level of ownership, proactivity, and autonomy, driving financial insight, challenging existing processes, and supporting global planning and performance management in a fast-growing, international business.
Job Responsibility:
Lead global forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes, contributing to scenario analysis, financial modeling, and financial visibility to inform strategic decision-making at group level
Key role in corporate reporting at the group level, leading the preparation and coordination of group monthly management accounts, executive reporting, and performance reviews
Evaluate business performance through financial and operational KPI analysis, variance analysis, and root-cause reviews
Continuously challenge and evolve FP&A processes, driving improvements from day one to build an agile, scalable, and efficient function
Support investor and external stakeholder requests, including quarterly updates, Board materials, and due diligence processes related to financing rounds or M&A activity
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking
STEM background with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strategic mindset with solid business judgment
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Nice to have:
Previous investment banking, transactions, or consulting experience
