We are adding a Corporate FP&A Manager to the Finance team, who will be leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning, providing crucial financial analysis and insights to senior leadership for decision-making, overseeing consolidated reporting, managing financial processes, and driving system/process improvements for accuracy and efficiency, all while collaborating cross-functionally to link financial plans with business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting (monthly/quarterly updates), and long-range planning (LRP) processes, including consolidation and communication of financial targets
Develop and maintain financial models, perform ad-hoc analysis, and create business cases to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation
Analyze financial data to predict future cash inflows and outflows by subsidiary, managing liquidity, identifying risks, and reporting findings to guide strategic decisions
Own consolidated financial reporting (Board, Investor Relations, Executive summaries), analyze variances, and present clear insights to guide business health
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, implementing systems (ie. Adaptive), and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to align financial plans with business objectives
Requirements:
5+ years in corporate FP&A, preferably in fast-paced industries like B2B SaaS or Fintech
Experience with financial planning software (i.e., Adaptive) and large ERP systems (i.e. Netsuite)
Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior leadership
Proven ability to manage complex processes, drive improvements, and work under pressure
CPA/MBA preferred
