Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate FP&A Associate to join us in spreading the power of Wiz. Reporting into the Head of Corporate FP&A, you will be responsible for supporting the corporate financial planning and analysis function, driving key strategic financial initiatives, and providing strategic and financial insights to support decision-making and drive the company’s growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development of annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long range planning processes and consolidated 3-statement financial model
  • Develop financial and operating analytics and reporting packages/presentations to facilitate the review cadence with leadership team
  • Collaborate with accounting, HR, systems and operations teams to invest in scalable processes, systems, and tools
  • Assist with special projects and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support action-oriented decision making
  • Partner with GTM, Fin Ops, Accounting and others to define, operationalize and manage Company-wide KPIs
  • Prepare presentations, analyses, and reports for executive leadership, Board of Directors, and other investors/external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in strategic/corporate finance at a high growth company and/or investment banking
  • Extensive experience in financial modeling and creating polished presentation materials
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated success in building strong, collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence and effectively synthesize key findings and trends into actionable insights
  • Process oriented with a focus on developing and implementing scalable solutions and systems in a hyper-growth, fast-moving environment
