Job Description:

The role of a Performance Coach is central to providing our customers with a safe, caring, professional and proactive service, focussed on supporting your clients with expertise and guidance to achieve their desired outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provision of exceptional hospitality & space management of our corporate gym spaces
  • Small group / large group coaching of core programming classes
  • On Shift & Off Shift personal training opportunities for meeting business needs, and accommodating for supply & demand
  • Coordination of projects & events that occur with the client in mind, occurring onsite & offsite
  • Management of the space and equipment, such as cleaning & maintenance duties of our kit

Requirements:

  • CIMSPA Accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • BSc in Sports Science or similar discipline
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a fitness & wellbeing environment. Ideally for 2 of those years coming from a corporate wellbeing setting
  • Strength & conditioning. nutrition, health & wellbeing, rehabilitation

Nice to have:

  • MSc in appropriate discipline
  • UKSCA ASCC / NSCA CSCS accreditation
