Job Description:

The corporate fitness coach will be responsible for assisting the Active Space Manager with the day to day running of the Bupa Active Space (corporate gym facility). You will provide leadership, motivation, and supervision to gym members and Bupa employees alike, ensuring standards of service are kept high for our members, safety, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide a warm, welcoming presence for all members and facility users
  • Conduct tours for new joiners and support their onboarding experience
  • Set up and prepare fitness classes and group activities
  • Deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions
  • Support and occasionally lead wellbeing initiatives both on site and virtually
  • Promote a holistic approach to wellbeing beyond physical fitness
  • Work collaboratively within a small, passionate team in a corporate fitness environment
  • For L2/3 qualified candidates: deliver tailored fitness programming and access paid Personal Training opportunities

Requirements:

  • Fitness Instructor Level 2
  • Previous experience within the fitness, or leisure industry
  • A fast learner
  • Fully computer literate with experience using Microsoft products and taking payments via sum up

Nice to have:

  • Fitness Instructor Level 2 would be beneficial
  • First Aid Qualified would be beneficial
