Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Senior Director, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decisions by producing rigorous and relevant financial analyses for senior management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce and present complex financial analyses related to the overall performance of the company (P&L, profitability, liquidity, etc.)
  • Develop dashboards and performance indicators to support decision-making
  • Participate in annual financial planning, quarterly forecasts, and budgeting exercises
  • Contribute to the analysis of investment projects, acquisitions, and international expansion
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (operations, accounting, IT, etc.) to understand business challenges
  • Support the evolution of financial tools and analysis processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field (CPA, CFA, MBA an asset)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or in an accounting firm
  • Sharp analytical mind and excellent business acumen
  • Excellent mastery of Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and to simplify financial information
