We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our strategic growth, providing the data-driven insights and financial rigor necessary to evaluate new business opportunities and market trends.

Job Responsibility:

  • Market Intelligence: Conducting in-depth research on customer insights, the competitive landscape, and market trends to create actionable reports and dashboards
  • Financial Modeling: Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models for M&A, joint ventures, and organic growth initiatives
  • Strategic Support: Preparing comprehensive business cases and financial analyses that align with our long-term organizational goals
  • Transaction Assistance: Supporting due diligence processes and M&A transactions through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Executive Reporting: Crafting high-level presentations and reports for senior management while keeping meticulous records of all strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance or a CPA qualification
  • At least three years of experience in corporate finance, advisory, or consulting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with a proven track record of building complex financial models
  • The ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling reports and presentations
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
