We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Corporate Finance Analyst to join a rapidly expanding leader in the clean energy sector. This role is a key part of the team responsible for executing corporate financing transactions and managing the financial health of large-scale energy projects. You will provide actionable reporting and deep financial insights to support executive decision-making during a critical period of growth.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the execution of financing transactions, including managing due diligence data rooms and reviewing complex financing documents
Design and implement robust financial models to forecast operating results, perform asset valuations, and conduct sensitivity analyses
Lead the financial evaluation and monitoring of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), ensuring clear visibility into their long-term cash flow impact and bankability
Support the annual corporate budgeting process and the development of long-range financial plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals
Prepare and present executive reporting packages, tracking actual performance against budget/forecast for major capital and O&M drivers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, or FP&A, ideally within the power or utilities industry
Solid understanding of PPA delivery structures (Physical vs. Virtual), pricing mechanisms (Fixed-for-Floating models), and typical risk allocation terms
Exceptional MS Excel skills and deep experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Ability to translate complex market dynamics—such as supply-demand trends and regulatory changes—into strategic financial recommendations
Nice to have:
A Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) are highly preferred
