Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a variety of corporate finance projects – business sales, acquisitions, valuations, fundraising
  • Preparing business plans, financial models, and information memoranda
  • Supporting clients through due diligence and negotiations
  • Building strong relationships with clients, funders, lawyers, and intermediaries
  • Contributing to the growth of the team and helping to win new business

Requirements:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or similar)
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
  • Confident preparing reports, models, and client presentations
  • A great communicator who enjoys working with clients and solving problems
  • Motivated, proactive, and a team player
