Job Description:

The Corporate team advises on cross-border M&A transactions, takeovers, corporate commercial matters, and related equity capital market transactions and listing rules compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a variety of corporate finance and M&A transactions
Work across several Partners in the Corporate department

Requirements:

HKIPO experience
2-4PQE experience
able to build client relationships with a culturally diverse mix of corporate clients
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese required
IPO drafting
