Job Responsibility:

  • Perform professional and highly specialized duties in the occupation of Management Science
  • Responsible for conducting analyses of financial & business performance, debt & equity capital markets and capital structure
  • Influence business partners to gain key insights with meaningful and actionable analyses
  • Perform in-depth analyses to evaluate mergers and acquisitions, new initiatives and effectively communicate key takeaways
  • Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to both influence and drive project outcomes
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects for management and the Board including presentations and surfacing research-based insights
  • Key areas of focus range across M&A evaluations, capital structure planning, and industry research and benchmarking

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
  • 24 months of experience involving: Analyzing financial statements and performing financial modeling and analysis utilizing MS Excel
  • S&P Capital IQ
  • Analysis of financial & business performance, debt & equity capital markets and capital structure
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects for management including presentations and surfacing research-based insights
