You’ll be part of the team that handles official state filings—like forming LLCs, registering corporations, and keeping companies in good legal standing. This isn’t just paperwork. It’s high-stakes problem-solving with real impact. You’ll research state requirements, complete and submit legal forms, and make sure our clients don’t miss a beat. You’ll get to learn a ton about how businesses work behind the scenes—and you’ll never run out of interesting challenges. If you’ve got an eye for detail, love checking boxes (the right ones), and like helping people understand complex stuff without making it complicated, you’ll fit right in. Legal background? Cool. This job is coded as “Flex” which means the company does not currently require this position to be performed in office.

  • Be knowledgeable of and responsible for: forming new companies, registering businesses and filing annual corporate compliance events
