The Corporate Executive Assistant is directly responsible for providing support to Owner Representatives and respond to Executives’ inquiries in a confidential, efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies. The Corporate Executive Assistant reports directly to Hotel Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Provide support to Owner Representatives and respond to Executives’ inquiries in a confidential, efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies
Maintain clear, open, and timely communication with Ownership Executives and hotel leadership, ensuring trust and transparency
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of hotel operations and Four Seasons service culture
Protect confidential information at all times with the highest degree of integrity
Personally oversee and verify execution quality for all assigned arrangements to ensure flawless delivery
Provide regular updates to the Hotel Manager, GM, and department heads to ensure alignment and proactive service
Exhibit a friendly, warm, and professional presence when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Work with precision, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset in a dynamic environment
Requirements:
A college degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum 3 years in hospitality, luxury service, or a related industry
Experience in a similar role within a high‑end environment preferred
Expertise in coordinating a wide range of arrangements based on Ownership Executive requests — including Rooms, F&B, Meetings & Events, and Transportation — as well as any additional personalized or ad‑hoc needs, ensuring seamless, timely, and fully tailored execution
Clear, effective, and timely communication with Ownership Executives, ensuring all relevant hotel departments are fully informed and aligned
Ability to follow through meticulously—personally checking guestroom readiness, amenity setup, dining preparation, meeting room arrangements, and any special requests
Strong sense of confidentiality, ensuring sensitive information, personal preferences, conversations, and Executive records are fully protected
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to collaborate professionally with department managers and handle communication with confidence and diplomacy
Comfortable working flexible hours depending on business needs
English communication skills preferred to support bilingual correspondence when needed
Calm, solution‑oriented approach when faced with challenging or time‑sensitive situations
Experience in Rooms or F&B operations is an advantage
Previous experience in a comparable position within a luxury or service‑focused environment
Ability to compose professional business correspondence in Korean (and ideally English)
Familiarity with F&B reservations systems and room management tools
High personal standards of courtesy, appearance, and service behavior
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor during challenging situations
F&B or Rooms operational experience preferred
Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea
Nice to have:
Experience in a similar role within a high‑end environment preferred
Experience in Rooms or F&B operations is an advantage
