The Corporate Executive Assistant plays a meaningful role in supporting the Chief Information Officer, serving as a trusted partner in managing priorities, communications, and day‑to‑day operations. This senior‑level role provides proactive, high‑touch, and confidential support to enable executive effectiveness and allow the CIO to remain focused on strategic decision‑making. This position serves as a key liaison across the organization, partnering closely with executive leadership, Corporate and Senior Executive Assistants, and internal and external stakeholders. This positions provides meaningful exposure to senior IT and enterprise leadership and requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and proactive problem‑solving in support of a global organization. In addition to supporting one to two senior leaders, this role provides broader administrative leadership across the IT function. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Executive Assistant manages complex priorities, information flow, and competing demands in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, exercising sound judgment and discretion at all times.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a key liaison between the CIO, IT senior leadership team, and enterprise partners
Coordinate and manage sophisticated calendars and schedules
prepare and manage correspondence, presentations, databases, and spreadsheets
Arrange and manage global and domestic travel, including air, ground transportation, lodging, visas/passports, and meeting logistics
Prepare expense reports and manage corporate credit lines
apply and support company policies and provide mentorship or training as needed
Support departmental initiatives and project‑manage or coordinate meetings and events across in‑person, virtual, and hybrid formats
Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, highly transparent executive environment with shifting priorities and frequent change with a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Provide flexible support to global leaders across time zones as business needs evolve
Anticipate needs by proactively identifying risks, gaps, and solutions before issues arise, ability to step in to lead or coordinate administrative efforts for the broader IT function when needed
Requirements:
High school diploma required
Associate’s degree or professional certification preferred
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, including C‑suite or equivalent roles
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and external partners
Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills, with the ability to deliver results under tight timelines
Excellent critical thinking and sound business judgment in a fast‑paced, frequently changing environment
Advanced calendar management and scheduling expertise, particularly in Outlook
Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools
High proficiency in invoice and purchase order processing
