Job Description

Planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, and team-building activities. Overseeing and executing a dynamic and high-volume meetings program as part of our global events portfolio, managing approximately 3,000 onsite executive and customer meetings annually.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of executive and customer meetings at corporate events globally
  • Manage high-volume meeting programs (3,000+ meetings)
  • Own VIP meeting workflows including request intake, prioritization, scheduling, communications, and tracking
  • Manage meeting request platforms, scheduling systems, mobile app integrations, and related tools
  • Partner with IT and event tech vendors to ensure systems are configured, tested, and optimized
  • Oversee reporting dashboards, data hygiene, and automation of key processes
  • Serve as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders including executive sponsors, sales teams, and partner leads
  • Coordinate all meeting logistics including rooms, A/V, catering, security, transportation, and staffing
  • Develop contingency plans for escalations, no-shows, and high-profile attendees
  • Support onsite delivery and management of meetings programs at global events
  • Capture and report on meeting outcomes, trends, and ROI metrics
  • Drive post-event analysis and feedback loops
  • Maintain documentation and best practices for meetings operations

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate event management, preferably in the tech industry
  • Proven experience managing large-scale meetings programs and executive engagements
  • Proficiency in event and meetings platforms (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, Salesforce, Rain Focus, Airtable, or similar)
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 25%
  • Experience with global event operations and executive/VIP protocol
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and customer journey mapping
  • Ability to analyze data and build visual dashboards for reporting KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Admin (or related field) preferred
