Audit frontline agents calls, record scores and observations on the call monitoring form
Provide feedback and coach the client partners to improve their call handling, voice and accent training
Work with the stakeholders to implement and evaluate the communication skills, soft skills and call handling training programs
Listen to calls on the operation floor and conduct on the floor interventions through coaching and feedback models as defined by function/program
