Job Description:

United Way of Greater Chattanooga is seeking a dynamic Corporate Engagement Coordinator to join our Corporate, Community Engagement & Marketing (CCEM) team. This full-time, non-exempt role blends corporate fundraising, donor stewardship, and cross-team collaboration to drive meaningful community impact. The Corporate Engagement Coordinator grows and stewards a portfolio of corporate partners and leadership-level donors, ensuring an exceptional and personalized philanthropic experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and individual donors with a strong emphasis on genuine relationships and hospitality
  • Set and achieve annual fundraising goals
  • Work with our Philanthropy Team to develop and steward relationships with corporate leaders and leadership-level donors ($1,000–$9,999)
  • Educate on and advocate for ALICE families through presenting at corporate campaigns and new hire orientations throughout the region
  • Oversee donor engagement communications
  • Utilize CRM and financial systems (HubSpot and Andar preferred) to track performance and maintain accurate records
  • Support grant efforts, events, and cross-department collaboration to enhance the donor experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in fundraising, sales, nonprofit development, or relationship management
  • Proven ability to meet financial goals
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • CRM experience required
