Job Description:

HSBC is seeking Corporate Employee Banker candidates to join the Wealth and Personal Banking team in Bangalore, India, where responsibilities include sourcing new accounts, cross-selling products, managing complaints, and ensuring compliance with banking standards while maintaining high quality service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

To source new EBS accounts from the existing corporate base and deliver on meeting NTB targets
engage with existing EBS customers and help them identify their wealth needs
cross-sell asset products of the bank, including Home Loans, Personal Loans & Cards
cross-sell Insurance products
engage with existing credit card customers and work towards spend activation
increase penetration across various digital platforms
generate open market business through marketing events and lead-based calling
maintain call reports, MIS & tracking tools
respond to customer complaints in a timely manner
ensure all sourcing meets quality benchmarks
comply with KYC/AML norms of the bank.

Requirements:

Post Graduate (Masters)/ MBA with two to five years’ work exp.
