Job Responsibility:

  • Working as a consultant for our centrally managed emailing offering for transactional and marketing emails and as first technical contact for product related questions
  • Being responsible for customer onboardings & support requests from all Bosch business units worldwide, enabling them to send transactional and marketing emails
  • Supporting customers in creating & optimizing their email templates from technical, design and content perspective
  • Consulting in Email Marketing and Campaigns based on customer requirements
  • Supporting in technical questions and advising customers on technical forms of integration (SMTP, API)
  • Working collaboratively with a geographically distributed workforce across the world and across different functional organizational units and hierarchical levels
  • Making things happen, being proactive, setting high self-standards and committing to organizational goals

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Web design, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript
  • Basic knowledge in working with API's and how to read and understand API documentation
  • Basic understanding of email technology and email template design
  • Experience with customer communication in international, intercultural environments and working in virtual teams
  • University Degree in Communication Sciences, Media & Content Design, Information Technology or related field
  • Proficiency in English and Polish, German is a plus

Nice to have:

  • experience in API Tools like POSTMAN, Email Marketing Tools (e.g. Mailjet, Twilio) and Cloud-Processed Email-Technology
