We are currently seeking a Corporate Development M&A Specialist Advisor to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX). We are currently seeking an M&A and Corporate Development Associate to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. Although based in Mexico City, this role is fully global in scope and not focused on the local Mexican market, with direct integration into our team in Dallas. You will lead and support M&A transactions across North America—primarily the U.S.—and Asia Pacific, working on high-impact deals in the Technology Services space (Digital Transformation and AI), typically ranging from USD 100M to USD 1B. You will be part of a globally coordinated team, contributing to strategic investments that shape NTT DATA's international growth. You will be involved in end-to-end M&A transactions that drive the company's inorganic growth. This is high-impact, global-reach role with direct exposure to some of highest priority growth initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Contributes to development of the M&A strategy by identifying and ideating on investment ideas/potential targets across the technology services space in North America and Asia Pacific
  • Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to assess investments including valuation, synergy analysis via discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution, scenario, sensitivity and ROI/IRR analysis
  • Day to day management of project teams across diligence process and coordinating with cross-functional internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT) and external advisors (accountants, lawyers, bankers)
  • Develops detailed investment evaluation materials (at the executive level) in support of investment committee and board reviews
  • Support the development of deal pipeline by cultivating relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and industry founders
  • Develop and maintain industry and competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform investment decisions and strategy

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Development (must have direct M&A experience), Investment Banking, Private Equity or Big Four Finance & Accounting (with a focus on M&A Transactions)
  • Advanced / Deep financial modeling and valuation skills with expectation of having significant exposure to complex transaction
  • Proactive, High ownership and self-driven with ability to work in high growth environment, managing multiple projects
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, while performing financial and business quantitative analysis, with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • MBA or an advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred
  • English Proficiency
