As Corporate Development Associate, you will work closely with our Director of Corporate Development & IR and the executive team to support Voi’s continued scaling in a more mature operating phase. With Voi now profitable and focused on disciplined growth, smart capital allocation and selective M&A, you will sit at the heart of our most strategic decisions across product, geography and business model expansion. You will also gain meaningful exposure to Investor Relations, working with our public bond, external communications and key capital markets stakeholders. This is an in-person role based at Voi’s Stockholm HQ, in a lean, AI-native team where leverage from AI tools and automations is core to how we work.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to M&A investment cases through market and industry research, target screening, financial modelling and valuation work
Support end-to-end due diligence workstreams, including timeline and deliverables tracking, documentation and follow-up
Build financial models and presentation materials for internal decision-making and external stakeholders across M&A, fundraising and strategy topics
Prepare and administer data-rooms, and support interactions with potential targets and investors
Support post-deal integration activities to help realise synergies and track impact versus business cases
Contribute to equity fundraising activities, including materials preparation, investor outreach support, data-room management and IPO readiness workstreams
Support debt fundraising activities around Voi’s public bond and alternative private credit solutions
Help drive Investor Relations activities, from quarterly reports and presentations to Q&A materials, press releases and other external communications
Assist in capital allocation analyses, strategic options assessments, adjacent opportunity evaluations and preparation of Board and internal decision material
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Strategy and the executive team on key strategic projects
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering or a related field, with a strong academic record
1+ years of experience from investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance or in-house M&A
Proven experience in financial modelling and quantitative analysis
Hands-on experience of storyline-building and project management, including preparation of high-quality presentation materials
Demonstrated daily use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) in analytical and research workflows
Experience building or configuring AI agents, automations or custom AI workflows
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong rhetorical and presentation skills, including external communication
Strong ability to analyse large volumes of data, draw insights and communicate clear recommendations
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Strategy and executive stakeholders, managing multiple workstreams in parallel
