This attorney will oversee nationwide litigation and support key employment-related matters while collaborating closely with the Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory team. Job Responsibility:
Manage employment litigation and administrative charges in partnership with outside counsel
support the Employee Relations team in addressing and resolving employment disputes
track and analyze changes in federal, state, and local employment laws and communicate updates to key stakeholders
assist in managing class action matters, including discovery, strategy alignment, and coordination with outside counsel
provide legal oversight on general litigation and disputes across the organization
deliver concise, pragmatic legal advice that supports business objectives while mitigating risk
assist with matters involving restrictive covenants across all 50 states
support internal efforts related to AI in the workplace, including assisting with AI‑related contract reviews
lead or assist with department-wide special projects
respond to legal inquiries from internal business partners
build strong relationships across the organization and participate in company onboarding and learning initiatives
Requirements:
J.D. from an accredited law school
active bar membership in good standing
7+ years total experience
strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
