This role involves resolving complex landlord-tenant disputes, negotiating lease amendments and settlements, and ensuring compliance with property agreements to support our best-in-class 5G network. This role also advises on the acquisition, disposition, and operation of critical network real estate assets, including master lease agreements, DAS/in-building agreements for venues like stadiums and airports, and teaming agreements with other carriers.
