Job Description:

This role involves overseeing other controllers across multiple business entities while driving growth, innovation, and process improvement in corporate accounting. The Corporate Controller will refine processes globally, implement accounting systems, participate in M&A opportunities, and lead teams to ensure financial success.

Job Responsibility:

overseeing other controllers across multiple business entities
driving initiatives that streamline accounting and financial reporting processes globally
managing complex integrations
bolstering technical expertise within the company
leading the accounting system implementation project
participating in M&A initiatives
refining processes across diverse geographies and business units
leading teams

Requirements:

8+ years of combined public accounting and industry experience, preferably with Big 4 audit exposure at the Manager/Senior Manager level
experience managing teams, including accounting managers and staff/senior accountants
hands-on involvement in business acquisitions, integrations, and process improvement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
CPA certification (required)
advanced degree (preferred)
oilfield services knowledge (nice to have, but not required)
