Job Description:

You'll be part of our Corporate Controlling & Treasury team. Your future manager will be Marie-Charlotte, Director of Controlling & Treasury. You'll play a key role in the team's data transformation journey and process optimization, driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making to support Mirakl's rapid growth in the dynamic e-commerce industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Automate financial reporting by proposing and implementing solutions to reduce manual tasks and accelerate report production
  • Explore and deploy AI to improve time efficiency and reporting quality (e.g., automatic generation of commentary, synthesis of complex data)
  • Conduct technology watch on tools and industry best practices
  • Calculate and analyze corporate KPIs and cash flow
  • Build financial models for various contexts: new product launches, cash forecasting, operational support
  • Produce ad hoc analyses with a data-driven approach (manipulating large data volumes, cross-referencing multiple sources)
  • Prepare monthly presentations for top management and investors
  • Prepare quarterly presentations for Board members
  • Monitor market practices and conduct competitive benchmarks
  • Perform comparative analysis of industry financial metrics (SaaS, marketplace)

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance from a business school, university, or IEP (Institut d'Études Politiques)
  • Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship starting September 2026
  • Strong affinity for numbers with a rigorous approach to analytical accuracy
  • Curious by nature: proactive and eager to bring new ideas to the team
  • Strong interest in technology: automation, scripting, no-code/low-code tools, AI — you enjoy finding smarter ways to work
  • Passion for e-commerce and Mirakl's business sector
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Knowledge of Anaplan and Power Query would be a plus
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
