Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of a Corporate Communications Director for a 3-6 month contract. Working in a hybrid model, onsite four days/week, the Communications Director will help support all corporate communications functions, including executive messaging, internal communications, external brand positioning, crisis management, public relations, and digital engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Crafting high-impact messaging, speeches, and thought leadership content
Developing and refining corporate storytelling
Work on corporate media relations and public relations efforts to ensure consistent and strategic brand messaging
Serve as a thought partner to the SVP of Communications on executive and corporate communications, strategy and execution
Support all corporate communications functions, including executive messaging, internal communications, external brand positioning, crisis management, public relations, and digital engagement
Requirements:
10-15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, either in-house or on the agency side
5+ years’ in an executive leadership role
Extensive experience in executive communications, brand messaging, crisis management, and corporate reputation strategy
Proven ability to partner with C-suite executives and provide strategic counsel on high-profile communications initiatives
Strong storytelling, writing, and content development skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into compelling narratives
Ability to be flexible, pivot quickly and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
Availability to be in-office at least 3-4 days/week
