We’re looking for a Corporate Communications and AI Activations Intern to support our global Corporate Affairs team based in Amsterdam. This role sits at the intersection of corporate storytelling, reputation, and transformation. You will contribute to the planning and execution of strategic corporate communications and global campaigns that strengthen Coty’s narrative across key stakeholders including employees, media, partners, and the wider industry. Digital communication and social media remain core channels for corporate reputation and culture-building. You will support the creation and adaptation of content for digital platforms as part of integrated corporate campaigns, helping ensure consistency of narrative, tone, and visual identity across channels. In parallel, you will help accelerate AI activations and adoption within Corporate Affairs by identifying practical use cases, testing tools, supporting responsible implementation, and helping embed AI-enabled ways of working into everyday communication processes. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global corporate environment while contributing to modern, high-impact communications that support Coty’s culture, purpose, and business priorities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the planning and execution of global corporate communications campaigns aligned with Coty’s reputation, culture, sustainability, innovation and employer brand priorities
  • Assist in developing campaign narratives, messaging frameworks, and toolkits for internal and external audiences
  • Help create and adapt a range of communications materials such as briefs, story outlines, leadership notes, key messages, FAQs, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across functions, regions and brands to gather inputs and ensure smooth and timely delivery of assets
  • Monitor the external environment to identify relevant corporate, cultural and industry moments that may inform Coty’s positioning
  • Support development of leadership-ready updates that summarize insights, progress, and impact
  • Support digital-first storytelling as part of integrated corporate campaigns, including adapting key messages into platform-appropriate content
  • Assist with planning and maintaining elements of the corporate digital content rhythm where needed (e.g., campaign moments, employer brand pushes, leadership visibility)
  • Contribute to performance readouts and insights for digital content to support continuous improvement
  • Help ensure brand voice and visual consistency across corporate digital touchpoints
  • Produce strong first-draft copy for corporate communications across channels (digital content, internal materials, campaign messaging, short-form leadership narratives)
  • Adapt corporate narratives into clear, concise and engaging copy suited to different audiences and formats
  • Support the creation and adaptation of visual assets, working with templates or simple design tools to bring stories to life in a brand-consistent way
  • Collaborate with internal partners to refine content for accuracy, impact, and tone
  • Identify and document practical AI use cases that improve Corporate Affairs workflows (e.g., research synthesis, summarization, first-draft content, translation/localization support, reporting, knowledge sharing)
  • Help test and compare AI tools and features with a focus on quality, brand voice, efficiency, and responsible use
  • Contribute to building prompt libraries, usage guidelines, and best-practice examples for the team
  • Support light governance and quality checks for AI-enabled outputs (tone, clarity, structure, basic fact-awareness)
  • Track AI trends relevant to corporate communications, reputation management, and organizational change
  • Support cross-functional or leadership-led initiatives that strengthen Coty’s corporate narrative and stakeholder engagement
  • Assist with preparation for key moments such as corporate announcements, culture initiatives, innovation storytelling, and major internal milestones

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in corporate communications, reputation, culture and purpose-led storytelling
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write clearly, succinctly and with a consistent brand voice
  • Understanding of social media and digital communication as key tools for corporate storytelling and employer brand
  • Ability to create or adapt visual assets using standard tools and templates
  • Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for testing new ways of working
  • An analytical mindset and comfort turning information into structured insights and recommendations
  • High organization and attention to detail
