A top ranking law firm with a fantastic reputation is looking for an experienced solicitor to join their corporate commercial team. The work is extremely varied on behalf of all commercial businesses, privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and very high net worth individuals. You will handle M&A, commercial agreements and contracts, investments, and complex restructurings. Great opportunity to develop your client base and progress up the ladder.
