Job Responsibility:

Pick up a high quality privately funded caseload which includes: Mergers and acquisitions
Investment agreements
Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
Corporate reorganisations
EMI options and share schemes
LLPs and partnerships
Commercial contracts
Due diligence

Requirements:

Associate or senior associate level Corporate Commercial solicitors with ideally upwards of 5 years PQE
able to work without supervision
demonstrable knowledge of corporate law, including agreements, articles of association, LLP's and partnerships
preferably knowledge and experience of advising on commercial contracts for the supply of goods and services etc
able to draft, review and negotiate on a broad range of transactional, corporate and commercial documents on behalf of clients
open to providing gentle supervision to colleagues in the team
open to participating in gentle business development
