We are interested in speaking with immediately available Australian and/or New Zealand qualified lawyers based in London who possess between 3-6 years’ PQE specialising in corporate commercial law.
Requirements:
Australian and/or New Zealand qualified lawyer
3-6 years’ PQE specialising in corporate commercial law
Experience in commercial contracts: contract review and negotiation across a range of agreements to include subscription agreements, licence agreements and vendor contracts
Experience in M&A support: support the assessment, negotiation and post transaction elements of acquisitions
Experience in compliance: ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as data protection, anti-bribery, and anti-money laundering regulations
Experience in risk management: identifying and mitigating legal risks that could impact the operations, such as reputational risks, regulatory risks, and contractual risks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Being proactive and a self-starter
Capable of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
