Job Description:

We are interested in speaking with immediately available Australian and/or New Zealand qualified lawyers based in London who possess between 3-6 years’ PQE specialising in corporate commercial law.

Requirements:

  • Australian and/or New Zealand qualified lawyer
  • 3-6 years’ PQE specialising in corporate commercial law
  • Experience in commercial contracts: contract review and negotiation across a range of agreements to include subscription agreements, licence agreements and vendor contracts
  • Experience in M&A support: support the assessment, negotiation and post transaction elements of acquisitions
  • Experience in compliance: ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as data protection, anti-bribery, and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Experience in risk management: identifying and mitigating legal risks that could impact the operations, such as reputational risks, regulatory risks, and contractual risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Being proactive and a self-starter
  • Capable of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
