The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for the branch.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients and embassy accounts
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue goals
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site surveys as required
Prepare and deliver competitive proposals and quotations
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, RFQs, and inquiries
Provide accurate information to clients regarding services, timelines, and pricing
Act as the key point of contact throughout the client journey
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements
Provide insights to management for new service development and process improvement
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions
