We are seeking a hands-on Corporate Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth via: Boosting Digital Silk’s brand awareness to mid & large size companies; Creating stories (entertaining case studies) out of recent work to promote on social, press, and other media outlets to generate qualified leads; Enhancing website performance; Showcasing our brand as a leader in the industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute internal marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, leads, and reputation
  • Own full-funnel marketing performance, from awareness to conversion to pipeline contribution
  • Possess strong marketing & storytelling copywriting skills, which are CRITICAL
  • Proven hands-on experience developing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns targeting enterprise-level clients
  • Highly proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to ideate, execute, and deliver measurable results at speed
  • Experience leveraging case studies, success stories, and client testimonials to generate qualified leads
  • Strong collaboration with SEO, PPC, social media, email, and lead generation teams to produce high-converting content
  • Demonstrated ability to track performance and attribute marketing efforts to revenue
  • A passion for AI, with a willingness to integrate AI into marketing workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on expertise in analytics & onsite performance
  • Expertise in storytelling and creating campaign promotions in various channels to increase awareness and leads
  • Ability to create strong, effective copy for marketing campaigns
  • Experience in creating effective marketing strategies & campaigns
  • Skills in creating reports and presenting them to the executive team
