The HR Benefit Operations – Corporate Benefits Analyst C09 role involves overseeing and managing corporate benefits programs while coordinating payroll data and ensuring compliance within a large organization. The position demands hands-on expertise in benefits management, payroll systems, and vendor communication. Applicants should have a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage complex processes with precision.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs
Production Activity including Benefits Operations reviews, Headcount Reconciliation, Input Collation for Insurance, Mediclaim, Meal Card, Holiday Benefit, Car Allowance, LTA, NPS, Childcare/Creche, Audit readiness, Employee loans, over time, and union employees corporate benefit plans
Accountable for managing the entire corporate Benefits while meeting all accuracy, timeliness, satisfaction, and NPS metrics
Interacting with Vendors, Employees, Stakeholders, Senior Management
Enquiry management through service now
Coordinate transfer of data to Payroll team as monthly input as per Payroll Calendar
Gather employee data, reconcile the new joiners, leavers, transfers details monthly & send the input to vendors as per timelines agreed
Ensuring appropriate controls and processes are maintained in an audit-ready state
Escalates issues on time and ensures all stakeholders are regularly informed
Liaise with HR Benefit Pillar, HR Partners & HR Teams on special corporate benefits instructions and other requests
Timely redressal of the employee queries
Accountable for preparing the monthly reconciliation as part of the corporate benefit operation activities and reporting global data requirements
Maintaining monthly Corporate Benefit Dashboard
Updating Knowledge Articles, Citi For You content, and ESS portal to enhance employee experience
Reviewing and resolving legacy Audit open items
Acquiring necessary controls and driving Benefits Operations
Prioritizing vendor leveraging to streamline processes
Ensuring SOP/OPM are up to date on a real-time basis to enable efficient audits and process transitions.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of payroll and Benefits program
Must have at least 3 to 5 yrs. experience in managing corporate benefits including payroll processing
Must have experience in managing headcount more than 5K employees
Should have sound knowledge of payroll systems and logics - Workday/ERP
MBA/Bachelor
