Job Responsibility

  • Providing exceptional customer service and casual conversation to all employees on site
  • At this level you will have a solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees
  • Speed, efficiency and quality are vital along with the ability to set, adjust & correct machine and grinder settings
  • Prepare premium beverages with an emphasis on quality and precision
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in busy, upscale settings
  • Foster a warm, inviting atmosphere, offering a personal touch to every customer whilst maintaining efficiency
  • Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine

Requirements

  • 2+ Years previous experience in fine dining or premium coffee service is essential
  • Passion for hospitality and a genuine love for coffee culture
  • Exceptional grooming, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Available on weekdays
  • Tech-savvy & able to use various coffee machines
  • You have great communication skills and professional personal presentation
  • You hold a Barista certificate and Latte art is your forte
