Job Description:

The Corporate Banking Senior Lead Analyst will collaborate closely with the CFO of Corporate Banking to support the business through financial analysis and strategic advisory. This role involves managing the financial reporting for the Corporate Bank and driving both loan and deposit forecasting. Responsibilities also include analyzing the capital position for our CIB Banking business and leading various capital management workstreams.

Job Responsibility:

Perform financial reporting, forecasting, and research to support management decision-making
Lead loan and deposit forecasting process as well as capital analysis for CIB Banking business
Provide strategic advisory to senior executives in the Banking division with a focus on Corporate Banking
Research strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
Create succinct, professional presentations to drive strategic decision-making
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements:

5+ years of finance experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Essbase
Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
Intellectually curious and a self-starter

Nice to have:

Experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Management or Treasury
Understanding of U.S. banking regulatory capital rules and requirements
Advanced degree, CFA charter, or CPA
Ability to synthesize data and make recommendations to senior leaders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience creating presentations via PowerPoint and presenting to senior leaders
